Komlan Efanam MIAWOTOE is an African development strategist, entrepreneur, and international relations professional dedicated to advancing sustainable growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships across Africa.
As the Managing Director of BrainDA, he leads initiatives focused on business facilitation, infrastructure development, international cooperation, and innovation-driven partnerships that connect institutions, investors, governments, and private sector stakeholders to transformative opportunities.
With an academic background in International Relations and Development from the University of Siena, Italy, Komlan combines diplomacy, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural leadership to support impactful projects in renewable energy, development, technology, and regional cooperation.
His experience spans stakeholder engagement, negotiation, community representation, and international collaboration, with a strong commitment to sustainable development and Africa’s long-term economic transformation.
Through BrainDA, he works to build bridges between vision, innovation, and execution — helping organizations develop strategic partnerships, unlock opportunities, and create scalable solutions with lasting impact.
Kokou Edi OTOGBE is a finance, logistics, and operations executive with over 10 years of experience in investment promotion, financial management, customs administration, and supply chain operations across West Africa and the United States.
He began his career at Société d’Administration de la Zone Franche Togolaise (SAZOF), where he spent more than a decade supporting investment promotion and industrial development in Togo’s Free Zone. Rising from Accounting Manager to Head of Industrial Customs Revenue Collection, he played a key role in facilitating investment, strengthening customs compliance, and overseeing industrial revenue operations.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management with a specialization in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from Institut Supérieur de Management (ISM Bénin), as well as a certification in Modern Port Management from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
Today, as CEO of BrainDA, he leads the company’s mission to deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions that help organizations improve performance, accelerate growth, and create sustainable impact. His international experience and commitment to operational excellence continue to drive BrainDA’s vision of empowering businesses and communities through innovation.
He pursued higher education at Institut Supérieur de Management (ISM Bénin), where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management with a specialization in Banking, Finance, and Insurance.
Kokou began his professional career at the Société d’Administration de la Zone Franche Togolaise as an Accounting Manager. Through his leadership and expertise, he was later appointed Head of Industrial Customs Revenue Collection for the Togo Free Zone in 2017, overseeing industrial duty collection and customs-related revenue operations.
Expanding his expertise into global trade and logistics, he obtained a certification in Modern Port Management from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). In 2020, he relocated to the United States and continued his studies in Logistics and Transportation at Central Piedmont Community College.
Today, leveraging his multidisciplinary experience in finance, logistics, and operational management, Kokou Edi Otogbe works with Amazon Logistics in the United States while leading BrainDA as Chief Executive Officer. His vision focuses on innovation, operational excellence, and creating impactful solutions that connect technology, business, and community development.
Akofa DOSSOU is the Deputy CEO and Partner Relations Lead at BrainDA, bringing more than 15 years of international experience in economic development, foreign direct investment, economic intelligence, and strategic partnerships across Africa, North America, Europe, and Asia. She has contributed to over 100 economic development and business expansion projects that supported the creation of more than 20,000 jobs and generated over $5 billion in capital investment.
Her expertise spans workforce analysis, market research, site selection, investor relations, and innovation-driven economic strategy. Akofa has collaborated with global corporations, public institutions, chambers of commerce, and international delegations to advance sustainable growth and cross-border partnerships.
She is currently a PhD Candidate in Economic Policy at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a Master of Science in Economics, a Master of Public Administration in Public Economics, and bachelor’s degrees in International Economic Development and French. She is fluent in English, French, and Ewe, with working knowledge of German, Spanish, and Mandarin.
Roma PANDE is BrainDA’s Energy Projects Consultant and an Electrical Engineer with over 17 years of international experience delivering large-scale energy and EPC projects across India, Europe, Nigeria, and Ghana. She brings deep expertise in project execution, infrastructure development, and cross-border energy operations.
Passionate about equality and opportunity creation, Roma is known for her fearless leadership and people-centered approach. Guided by her belief that “a right is not what I demand from the world, it is how I show up to it,” she is committed to creating opportunities that drive meaningful and lasting impact.
Roland Mall is an experienced international business professional with more than 25 years of expertise in project management, sales, marketing, and business development.
Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience in managing business initiatives, building strategic partnerships, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting the development of complex projects across international markets.
With a background in Business Leadership from IMD, Roland brings a pragmatic and results-oriented approach to project execution, combining strategic vision with strong commercial and organizational capabilities.

Ruth Monique KOMEDJA is a Business Developer at BrainDA, where she contributes to the development of strategic partnerships, institutional relations, and international collaborations aimed at promoting sustainable investments and growth opportunities across Africa.
With more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare and social sectors, she combines a strong human-centered approach with solid organizational, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills. Her scientific background and volunteer experience with the Italian Red Cross have strengthened her commitment to social inclusion, community support, and high-impact social initiatives.
Based in Italy, she is particularly driven by the desire to unlock Africa’s potential and promote projects capable of generating tangible economic and social impact through innovation, cooperation, and sustainable development.
Matteo BARDUCCI is an Italian architect, urban planning specialist, and international project executive with more than 20 years of experience in architecture, civil engineering coordination, urban development, and infrastructure planning across Europe, the United States, and Africa.
As Chief Operating Officer of BrainDA’s Civil Engineering & Architecture Division, he contributes operational leadership, technical expertise, and multidisciplinary project coordination to support sustainable infrastructure development and innovation-driven partnerships across international markets.
Working alongside BrainDA Managing Director Komlan Efanam MIAWOTOE, Matteo helps drive initiatives focused on infrastructure development, strategic project execution, international collaboration, and sustainable urban transformation. His role supports BrainDA’s mission of connecting institutions, investors, governments, and private-sector stakeholders to high-impact development opportunities.
With expertise spanning architecture, BIM coordination, territorial planning, construction supervision, and executive project management, Matteo combines technical precision with creative vision to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
His international portfolio includes mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, public infrastructure, luxury residential projects, and urban planning initiatives in Italy, Nigeria, Romania, Spain, and the United States.

DOMEKPE Koffi Mawutowu is the Head of Digital Solutions & Technology at BrainDA, where he leads the development of innovative digital solutions that drive organizational transformation, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enabled economic development. With more than 10 years of experience in information technology, digital transformation, and digital project management, he has successfully designed and delivered web and mobile platforms, enterprise systems, and AI-powered solutions across multiple industries.
His expertise spans digital strategy, software engineering, IT project management, business process automation, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and digital innovation. He has collaborated with startups, private sector organizations, educational institutions, and international initiatives to build scalable digital ecosystems that improve operational efficiency, foster innovation, and support sustainable growth across Africa.
Passionate about emerging technologies and innovation, Koffi is committed to leveraging digital solutions to address complex development challenges, strengthen Africa’s digital economy, and accelerate technology adoption across public and private sectors.
He holds an Engineering degree in Industrial Computer Engineering and Digital Systems and has completed executive leadership training through the African Public Leadership Academy (APLA) at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P). He is fluent in French, professionally proficient in English, and speaks Ewe.
